Void Filling under Surface Beds
When ground floors sag due to subsidence, void filling offers an effective and non-invasive solution. Small core holes are drilled through the floor slab, typically spaced 3-5 meters apart. Grout is then pressure-pumped into the underlying fill, compacting weak soil and filling any voids.
This method is faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective than breaking up floors, replacing the fill material, and recasting the slab — restoring stability with minimal disruption. In most cases buildings can remain occupied while we work.
