BUILDING STABILIZATION
Our mission is to, through injection-compaction/pressure grouting, be the trusted solution for distressed structures requiring foundation stabilization and jacking, as well as stabilization of on the ground floor slabs. Secondly, to address geotechnical concerns through soil improvement, stabilization of embankments and reparation of dams.
Through our commitment to precision, cleanliness, and professionalism, every project is executed to the highest quality, ensuring results that are as sound as they are seamless.
Compaction/Pressure Piles
In areas where foundations have been compromised, foundation piles provide a reliable stabilization solution. Sections of the foundation are exposed at relevant intervals, and core holes are drilled through the foundation into the underlying soil, typically to a depth of 1.5-2 meters.
Grout is then pressure-pumped into these holes, filling voids, compacting weak soil, and increasing the foundation’s bearing capacity. This process can be repeated in stages to reach deeper levels if required (downstage grouting).
Foundation piling is a faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective alternative to traditional underpinning, offering lasting stability with minimal disruption.
